Industries

We go deep in the industries where automation pays for itself first.

Service businesses live and die on how fast they answer, how well they schedule, and how little falls through the cracks. Those are exactly the problems AI agents solve first. Five industries, each with its own systems, its own language, and its own build.

Why these five

Generic automation is worthless automation.

An agent that does not know your industry cannot qualify a lead in it.

i.

Demand arrives when nobody is at a desk

A tow call at 2am. A listing inquiry on Sunday. A furnace out on a holiday weekend. In every industry below, the inbound does not respect business hours, and the business that answers first usually wins the job.

ii.

The work is dispatchable

A technician, a driver, an agent, a coach, a support engineer. There is always someone to route to, always a calendar or board to place the job on, and always a status the customer is waiting to hear about.

iii.

The margin is in the follow-through

Quotes that never get chased. Reschedules handled by voicemail tag. Reviews never requested. The revenue is rarely lost at the sale — it leaks out of the operational steps around it.

iv.

The systems already exist

Field service platforms, brokerage CRMs, dispatch boards, booking software, billing tools. We integrate what already exists — and build what doesn’t. That is what makes these builds fast.

Pick your industry

Five builds, five different playbooks.

Each page covers the operational reality, what we automate first, and what we build beyond it.

01 — Real Estate
Agents, teams & brokerages
Every listing inquiry answered in seconds.

Portal and ad lead capture, showing scheduling, routing across agents, transaction coordination, and the long nurture cycle that most CRMs quietly drop.

02 — Home Services
Contractors & trades
The call you miss on a job site.

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning and landscaping. Missed-call recovery, quoting, dispatch, arrival windows, reviews, and seasonal surge coverage.

03 — Roadside & Towing
Dispatch & fleet operations
24/7 intake without a night desk.

Emergency inbound at any hour, location capture, ETA communication, driver status, motor club and insurance workflows, and billing that actually closes out.

04 — Health & Fitness
Studios, gyms & clinics
Fewer no-shows, fuller schedules.

Class and appointment booking, reschedules, waitlists, membership questions and intake — configured with real care around protected health information.

05 — SaaS & Technology
Software companies
Support deflection and shipped product.

Ticket triage, onboarding automation, trial-to-paid workflows, dunning and usage alerting — plus the engineering capability to build the product itself.

Different industries, same four leaks

The systems change.
The bleeding doesn’t.

01

Speed to lead

TwilioSMSWeb chatVoice

Every business on this page competes on who replies first. The inquiry goes to three or four companies at once, and the one that engages while the customer is still thinking about it takes the job. Manual response times are measured in hours because a human has to be free, awake and near a phone. An agent answers in seconds, on every channel, every time.

  • Instant response to web forms, ad leads, chat, SMS and inbound calls
  • Qualification questions written for your industry, not a generic script
  • Booking or dispatch completed inside the same conversation
  • Escalation to a human the moment the conversation needs one
02

After-hours coverage

Voice agentsElevenLabsEscalation rules

Nights, weekends and holidays are where the cheapest revenue hides, because most of your competitors send those calls to voicemail. Hiring for that coverage rarely pencils out. A voice agent that answers, captures the details correctly and knows which situations are genuine emergencies gives you the coverage without the payroll.

  • 24/7 answering with natural voice and industry-correct intake
  • Emergency versus routine triage, with defined wake-up rules for on-call staff
  • Overnight inquiries queued, summarized and ready for the morning
  • Full transcripts and outcomes written to your CRM automatically
03

Dispatch & scheduling

CalendarsDispatch boardsWebhooks

Booking is the easy half. The expensive half is everything that happens after — the reschedule, the cancellation, the technician running late, the customer wondering where anyone is. That churn eats a coordinator’s entire day in most operations. Automating it recovers hours and, more importantly, stops customers calling in to ask for a status.

  • Live availability checked against the real calendar or board before booking
  • Confirmations, reminders and self-serve rescheduling links
  • Assignment logic based on skill, territory, capacity or proximity
  • Proactive status and arrival updates pushed to the customer
04

CRM hygiene

HubSpotSalesforcen8nAPIs

Almost every operation we audit has the same problem: the CRM is a graveyard. Duplicate contacts, leads stuck in a stage nobody owns, no source attribution, and half the real conversations sitting in someone’s personal inbox or phone. You cannot automate on top of bad data, so cleaning and holding the pipeline is part of the build, not an afterthought.

  • All lead sources unified into one pipeline with correct attribution
  • Deduplication, normalization and enrichment on every new record
  • Stage automation so deals move without anyone dragging cards
  • Reporting on response times, contact rates and conversion by source
The full capability

Automation is layer one. It is not the whole job.

Every industry build draws on the same three layers, weighted differently.

01 — Automate

AI agents and workflows

The front door. Chat and voice agents, lead response, qualification, booking, dispatch, follow-up and the orchestration that keeps it all consistent across channels.

Always first · always the heaviest weight
02 — Build

Software development

An agent is only as good as the systems it plugs into. When your stack can’t support the automation, we build the stack — portals, internal tools, integrations, mobile apps, full products.

Web · mobile · SaaS · custom integrations
03 — Grow & Run

Demand and people

Instant AI response is worth nothing without inbound volume. We generate the demand your agents convert — and trained people handle the exceptions, escalations and judgment calls as part of the same system.

Common questions

Before you ask.

Do you only work with these five industries? +

No, but these are the five where we have the deepest operational knowledge, so they are where we can be useful fastest. The common thread is inbound demand that arrives unpredictably and has to be answered, qualified and scheduled. If your business works that way, the patterns transfer even if your industry is not listed. The audit will tell you honestly whether we are the right partner.

How is an industry build different from a generic AI chatbot? +

The difference is the qualifying logic and the systems behind it. A towing agent needs to capture a location, a vehicle and a drop-off point. A real estate agent needs to know which listing the inquiry is about and which agent owns that zip code. We write that logic per industry and wire it into the dispatch board, CRM or booking system you already run on.

What usually gets automated first? +

Speed to lead, almost always. Answering every inbound call, form and message within seconds is the change that produces revenue in the first month, and it is the cheapest thing to build. Scheduling, dispatch and follow-up come next. Deeper work like custom software or reporting infrastructure follows once the front door is fixed.

Do we have to replace our current software? +

Usually not. We integrate what already exists — and build what doesn’t. Most field service, brokerage, booking and dispatch platforms expose an API or webhooks, and that is normally enough. When a system genuinely has no way in, or is holding the whole operation back, we will say so in the audit and give you options rather than quietly working around it.
