What to expect.

What happens on the audit call? +

We walk through your day-to-day operations together — what comes in, who handles it, how long it takes, and what happens when nobody can. By the end you'll know your biggest automation opportunity and what fixing it is worth. You get the roadmap either way.

Do I need to prepare anything? +

Just rough numbers: monthly inquiry volume, which tasks eat the most team time, and what tools you use today (CRM, phone system, messaging apps). Don't worry about precision — directionally right is enough for the first call.

Is the audit really free? +

Yes. It's how we scope honestly — and frankly, it's the best sales pitch we have. If the roadmap shows automation isn't worth it for your workload yet, we'll say so.

One more nudge

Every week you wait is another week of busywork.

Your team loses hours every day to tasks an AI agent could handle. It doesn't have to.
