We build AI agents and automation, along with the software, growth, and operations systems that support them. In these terms, "Adhere Labs", "we", "us" and "our" mean that company; "you" and "your" mean the person or organization using the site.
You may read, browse, print and share this site for your own business or personal information. You may link to it. That is the whole of the permission we grant, and everything else is reserved.

We will notify you of any such claim and may participate in its defense at our own expense.
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
You and Adhere Labs agree that the state and federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the "last updated" date shows when it changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and Adhere Labs regarding your use of this website. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
